Studierendenwerk Heidelberg AöR is planning the construction of a new student residence in Schwetzingen. Studierendenwerk Heidelberg AöR continuously invests in the construction, expansion and modernization of student housing in Heidelberg and the region. Studierendenwerk Heidelberg AöR welcomes the interest of capable and committed companies and invites them to participate in the respective procurement procedures. Construction of a new student residence for Studierendenwerk Heidelberg AöR at August-Neuhaus-Straße 33, Schwetzingen, with 96 residential places (89 single apartments, one three-person shared apartment and two two-person shared apartments) on four levels. The three- to four-story building (gross floor area approx. 3,390 m², of which approx. 657 m² is the podium garage; gross volume approx. 9,864 m³) will be constructed using reinforced concrete and masonry, predominantly on strip foundations. The podium garage provides 22 car and approx. 34 bicycle parking spaces; an additional 9 car and approx. 64 bicycle parking spaces will be created outdoors. The subject of this invitation to tender is the structural shell work, essentially comprising the following areas of work: - Site setup (including construction fence/string-line frames, containers, construction road/storage areas, construction water and temporary power supply, drainage of construction-site WC) - Shoring work - Earthworks (including pipe trenches) - Drainage sewer work (wastewater, inspection chambers in the outdoor area) - Masonry work - Reinforced concrete work (foundations, floor slabs, walls, ceilings, columns, stairs and landings, downstand and upstand beams, reinforcement, concrete embedment work, built-in components, perimeter insulation) - Waterproofing work (podium level, protection against de-icing salts, temporary waterproofing of flat roofs) - Paving work on the podium level - Installation of electrical conduits - Water connection Procedure: open.
