The City of Ruhland is carrying out the following construction project: Demolition of an old sports hall and swimming pool, construction of a new multipurpose hall, including the reshaping and restoration of the directly affected outdoor facilities. The work under this lot concerns: the structural shell work for the solid new-build section of the multi-court sports hall (excluding timber construction), comprising - Site setup with surveying, construction crane, paved site setup area/access road - Site security - Site clearance - Earthworks for the excavation pit, foundation cushion - Earthworks and civil engineering works for the installation of wastewater and rainwater pipes - Installation of wastewater and rainwater pipes, underground pipes, installation of infiltration trenches - Structural shell work as solid reinforced-concrete construction - Perimeter insulation - Masonry work - Drainage (optional) - Lightning protection work - Backfilling at the structure Please refer to the specifications for the detailed description.
