Municipality of Bissendorf / New construction of Wissingen Primary School - Extended structural shell work (VE 301) The Municipality of Bissendorf is planning the construction of a new school in the locality of Wissingen. The property of the school and the construction project is located on Niemandsweg in 49143 Bissendorf. The planned new construction project is intended to create a two-form-entry primary school with an all-day program, cafeteria and administration. The planning area for the new school building is located north of Mindener Straße, between Niemandsweg and Bahnhofstraße. The church buildings present on the construction site were demolished prior to the new construction project, with the exception of the church tower. It will remain on the construction site as an identity-defining element. The planned school building consists of three structures or building sections (BT), which are connected by a shared foyer and have the following approximate dimensions (length/width/height): * BT1: L/W/H 26/25/9.40 m, two stories, * BT2: L/W/H 26/25/9.40 m, two stories, * BT3: L/W/H 30/23/6.90 m, single-story (raised height). The footprint of the structures, including the foyer, amounts to approx. 2,260 m2. The load-bearing structure is planned as a solid reinforced-concrete construction, including the stairways. The foundation will consist of isolated and strip foundations. The surrounding parapets of the flat roofs form the upper termination of the structures. The subject of this procurement procedure is the extended structural shell work required for this purpose. The principal services (approximate figures) are: * Construction-site setup: - General construction-site setup (preparing areas, construction fences, construction-site containers, tower cranes, construction water, construction heating, construction power and construction lighting), provision period of 20 months, for the contracting authority/other contractors, * Earthworks and foundation work: - 1,800 m3 removal of topsoil, incl. disposal - 1,400 m3 excavation work for the building pit, shafts, trenches, incl. disposal - 550 m3 filter layer, - supply and install 250 m3 of new soil * Structural waterproofing: - 1,700 m2 perimeter insulation beneath the floor slab, incl. blinding layer, separating layers, - 430 m2 waterproofing work on vertical surfaces (floor slab, plinth) with thick bituminous coating * Scaffolding work (partly for the contracting authority/other contractors): - 3,000 m2 working/facade scaffolding of load class 4, height up to 10 m, provision period approx. 8 months, - incl. individual mobile scaffolds, - 15,000 m3 shoring of design class B, incl. provision period for the concreting work, * Concrete work, incl. formwork: - 2,100 m2 cast-in-place concrete floor slab, with strip foundations - 60 cast-in-place concrete columns, - 2,700 m2 cast-in-place concrete walls, - 3,500 m2 cast-in-place concrete floor slabs, with downstand beams, - various flights of stairs made of precast concrete components, - 250 t reinforcing steel, - incl. various embedded components: punching shear reinforcement, waterstop plates, etc. - individual core drillings * Masonry work: - 340 m2 interior walls made of sand-lime brick * Technical building equipment (TGA): - 200 m underground pipes made of solid-wall pipe The execution of this work is scheduled from 23.11.2026 to March 2028. The following minimum requirements regarding the suitability (capacity) of the bidders apply: * The average annual turnover over the last three completed financial years must amount to at least EUR 4,000,000.
