As part of the structural shell work, a single-story fire station building without a basement and with a flat roof will be constructed in Rietberg. The building consists of an approximately 875 m² vehicle hall with a clear height of approximately 5.80 m and an approximately 1,500 m² functional, social and administrative area with a room height of approximately 3.50 m. A building separation joint must be constructed between the two sections of the building. The foundation will be built on an approximately 2,354 m² reinforced concrete floor slab with strip and individual foundations. The hall structure will be constructed predominantly from precast reinforced concrete elements with precast columns and wall panels. The roof structure consists of two roof areas and is formed largely by approximately 1,420 m² of prestressed concrete hollow-core slabs and approximately 960 m² of reinforced concrete slabs. The exterior and interior walls will predominantly be constructed as sand-lime brick masonry with a total area of around 3,300 m². The exterior façades will receive double-leaf facing masonry with cavity insulation and a clinker brick outer leaf. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 1,376,971.83 EUR.
