Structural shell work A structural extension of an existing vocational school site on the outskirts of Eisenach is planned in the form of a separate new building on the property at Palmental No. 14 and No. 16. The planned new 5-storey school building will be constructed using solid construction. The supporting structure consists of floor slab foundations, load-bearing reinforced concrete walls and reinforced concrete columns, unfinished floor slabs made of in-situ concrete and prestressed concrete hollow-core slabs. A structural connection to an existing building by means of a single-storey connecting structure is also planned. The new buildings have a total gross floor area of approximately 6,240m².
