Opportunity description

On Querkamp, south of the Brüder-Grimm-Schule, a neighborhood center for young people, children, and their families is to be built. It will accommodate a mix of community, group, and multipurpose rooms as well as offices for the operators. The planned building comprises two full stories and an attic story and has no basement. It will be constructed using a timber-frame skeleton structure with a solid building core and will have a purlin roof with extensive green roofing as well as a PV system. Access to the construction site will be via the public street Querkamp. Due to the large number of trees in the front area of the building site that must be preserved, the construction site setup area is very limited. Part of the school parking lot adjoining to the north can be accessed by small trucks. A temporary stopping bay will be created parallel to the street on the building site, which can be used for loading and unloading with a crane. All public streets, sidewalks, and parking spaces must be kept clear.
