In addition, adaptation to current educational requirements and modern usage and spatial concepts is planned. The planned measures will require conversion, modernization and refurbishment work as well as partial demolition and expansion measures. The buildings comprise: • Teaching and classrooms • Administrative and ancillary rooms • Sanitary facilities • Specialist rooms and supplementary usable areas Some of the buildings have multiple stories and are connected by paved schoolyard areas and internal paths. The outdoor facilities consist mainly of: • asphalted schoolyard areas • paved access and traffic areas • green spaces and recreational areas New usage concept: As part of the planned construction project, the existing school complex will be developed and modernized in phases.
