1. Subject of the tendered service: As part of the renovation of the Nuremberg Crematorium, West Cemetery, it is necessary to structurally extend the technical building. In the process, the existing crematorium building will be renovated and converted, as well as extended with the same eaves height. The extension will be built in a westerly direction, thus as far away as possible from the historic, listed parts of the existing building. This tender comprises structural steelworks. An important boundary condition to be noted is that the execution of the project is divided into a total of five construction phases and that the conversion/renovation, as well as the extension, must be carried out DURING ONGOING OPERATIONS. The measure comprises construction services in sections, some of which have complex interfaces with the technical equipment and the plant engineering of the cremation facilities. A large proportion of the trades and service areas is repeated in the individual construction phases. Procedure: open.
