There is currently an operations building on the premises of the Untere Selz wastewater treatment plant in Ingelheim (parcel 135/3, field number 10, district number 073583, cadastral district Nieder-Ingelheim), which houses a laboratory, several sanitary and changing rooms, offices, a break room, and the control room. South of the operations building, there is also a locksmith’s workshop with a separate welding workstation and a small hazardous materials storage facility. Since the space in the current buildings is no longer sufficient and some of them require renovation, a new workshop and social building is to be constructed. By relocating various workstations to the new building, parts of the existing operations building can be repurposed. This will create, for example, more space for offices and the control room. With the construction of the new workshop and social building, the existing workshop building can be partially dismantled to enlarge the traffic area there. Under this invitation to tender, the services for the supply and installation of the electrical equipment are to be awarded.
