The tendered sun-protection works/blackout systems include: - External venetian blind systems - one-/two-part - motor-operated - various designs, 45 units - Internal vertical blackout systems - motor-operated, 6 units. Execution of the sun-protection works is to begin on 18.01.2027. Execution of the blackout systems is to begin on 03.03.2027. Project: New extension building for the Zeppelin-Realschule Singen opposite the existing school building The measure is funded by the "Municipal Renovation Fund for the Renovation of School Buildings" and by the state's "Startchancenprogramm". Extension building: three-story, non-basement timber building with a solid core. Surrounding escape and maintenance balconies made of grating with suspended mesh fabrics, which will be partially planted. The extension building will accommodate - Cafeteria (dining hall, serving kitchen and dishwashing kitchen) - Technology classrooms with associated machine room - STEM rooms (biology, chemistry and physics) - 4 classrooms - Corridors and required ancillary and technical rooms - Ventilation system Flat roof as a so-called retention roof and elevated PV system, utility connections via the existing school building.
