For the timely and efficient implementation of the planned TECH TO PRODUCT funding program, an external service provider is required who, as a so-called entrusted project management agency (AN), will independently assume for the contracting authority (AG) all services associated with the operational implementation of the funding program. As the project management agency for the AG, the AN will handle all phases of project funding by assuming the scientific, technical and administrative tasks involved in the administrative processing of funding.
