The contracting authority is conducting a negotiated procedure with a call for competition pursuant to SektVO, NTVergG, and the Procurement and Contract Regulations for Supplies and Services, Part A, Section 1 (VOL/A). Stadtwerke Achim AG (SWA) has defined the requirements in the total of 3 specifications / bills of quantities dated 11.08.2026. Specification: Manufacture and delivery of a total of 8 compact transformer stations in accordance with the enclosed total of 3 specifications / bills of quantities dated 11.08.2026. Acceptance schedule: It is intended to accept 2 stations per month from the time delivery becomes possible in 2027. However, final acceptance of all stations and invoicing will take place no later than 31.12.2027. Delivery time requirements: Deliveries must commence from 30.04.2027. If a tenderer cannot meet the stated delivery deadline, it must submit its tender designated as a variant tender. All switchgear according to the bill of quantities must be supplied F-gas-free.
