EAM Netz GmbH (hereinafter “ENM”) is a medium-sized electricity and gas distribution system operator. The ENM network area covers a geographical area of more than 11,500 square kilometres and extends across large parts of Hesse as well as southern Lower Saxony, parts of East Westphalia, western Thuringia and, since April 2014, also parts of the Altenkirchen district in Rhineland-Palatinate. ENM considers itself a company with regional ties. ENM intends to purchase a mobile switchgear system in accordance with the attached technical specification (requirement). Delivery at the earliest possible date after award. Minimum requirements: Specifications for mobile switchgear system (gas-insulated and metal-enclosed circuit-breaker switchgear, 1250 A busbar, 20 kA): A fully functional system, including all ancillary trades, is being put out to tender. All services not specified in the procedure that are necessary for functionality are part of and within the scope of the tender. The structural part of the mobile switchgear system shall be constructed as a container. For reasons of interchangeability with regard to dimensions and connection options, the container must be compatible with the mobile switchgear systems available at EAM Netz. External dimensions of the container LxWxH:7.00x2.54x2.98m and the attached construction drawings must be observed. It must be possible to install 8 MV switchgear panels in the container. The entire secondary system, including all wiring work, must be constructed. The connection to the building installation must be established. The following items are to be offered individually: • Supply and installation of a specially designed 2-axle trailer with container or comparable • Supply and installation of gas-insulated 24 kV medium-voltage switchgear in accordance with the attached technical specification and overview circuit diagram. • Supply and installation of the earthing system • Supply and installation of the base frame and structural steelwork with associated structural calculations • Supply and installation of the raised floor • Preparation of a pressure calculation for the rated values of the switchgear. • Supply and installation of a pressure-relief system if required • Construction of the smoke barrier • Installation and connection of all secondary cabinets provided, including all cables • Supply and installation of the electrical installation, including installation cabinet The contracting authority reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial tenders in accordance with § 15 Abs. 4 SektVO. If this option is not exercised, negotiations may be conducted with the tenderers regarding the pricing, qualitative, technical and, where applicable, legal contents of their tenders. The tenderers will subsequently be given the opportunity to revise their tenders. Following evaluation of the revised tenders, the contracting entity may reduce the number of tenderers admitted to further negotiations. Procedure: neg-w-call.
