Construction work for MSR technology within the framework of the construction project for the new Integrative Generation Center Strullendorf of the Municipality of Strullendorf (hereinafter: Contracting Authority) Description: New construction of the Integrative Generation Center consisting of a basement, ground floor and upper floor in solid construction with a curtain wall. With four mutually offset gable roofs, the planned new building blends into the urban context in terms of structure and cubic form. A uniform curtain wall visually connects the slightly offset parts of the building into a single unit. The spatial concept was coordinated in consultation with the client, the specialist bodies involved and the various users. The aim is to create a pleasant, light-filled sense of space. All technical and storage rooms will be accommodated in the basement. In addition to further sanitary facilities, the entire youth center with café, fitness room and recording studio will also be accommodated in the basement. On the ground floor, the day nursery is planned with 4 group rooms as well as sanitary and ancillary rooms, the dining hall, 3 quiet rooms and further staff rooms. In addition, the MGH café with kitchen, storage and ancillary rooms, offices and sanitary facilities is accommodated on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there is, on the one hand, the kindergarten with a total of 3 group rooms. These include ancillary rooms, a multipurpose room and further staff rooms. On the other hand, the MGH hall with kitchen and ancillary rooms is located on the upper floor. In total, there are 2 stairwells and one elevator for vertical access.
