The purpose of this tender is to select a contractor (hereinafter abbreviated as AN) who will implement an IAM system (Identity and Access Management System -> identity and access management), including PAM (Privileged Access Management -> management of privileged access), and connect various applications/target systems to the IAM system (see Part B: Annex 1: Detailed technical requirements for the overall solution to be implemented). The following is strictly specified by the contracting authority (AG): - The IAM system does not yet exist and must be implemented on the basis of the software solutions Identity Manager, Safeguard for Privileged Passwords and Safeguard for Privileged Sessions from the manufacturer One Identity. - The operating model is a Software-as-a-Service model (SaaS model), with the requirement that the software runs in the product manufacturer's infrastructure in a separate and self-contained area (that is: the IAM system does not run in the AG's environment or in the AN's infrastructure) Procedure: neg-w-call.
