Heiderhof - Planning Services—Outdoor Facilities The subject matter of the contract is object planning services for outdoor facilities for the extension, conversion and renovation of the GGS Heiderhof in Bonn. The Heiderhof community primary school currently consists of five existing buildings and a temporary container. In order to ensure three-form entry for up to 300 pupils at the site, the Heiderhof primary school is to be extended by a new building that includes a sports hall including a gymnastics room and the integration of the cafeteria, which has until now been located in building section C. The existing sports hall is subsequently to be demolished. The space freed up by relocating the cafeteria will make it possible, through conversion measures, to accommodate the additional space required for learning, work and service rooms within the existing building. A high degree of prefabrication is to be examined for the new construction measure. The procurement procedure is intended to identify a planning office that will provide the following services: Basic services and, where applicable, Special Services for service phases 1 to 3 and 5 to 9 pursuant to Section 39 HOAI, Object Planning for Outdoor Facilities. It is intended that the services be commissioned in stages. There is no legal entitlement to the award of all services. Procedure: open.
