Tonna Correctional Facility, Im Stemker 4, 99958 Tonna, New Preventive Detention Building -- The specialized technical equipment planning service – wastewater, water and gas systems (KGr 410), heat supply systems (KGr 420), ventilation systems (KGr 430), use-specific systems (KGr 470) and other measures (KGr 490) – is being tendered as part of a negotiated procedure with a call for competition for the award of planning services pursuant to § 53 HOAI for service phases 2 to 8 HOAI (service levels 1 to 4). For the scope of the planning, please refer to the published task description (file "0837-26 Aufgabenstellung.pdf"). -- To participate in this tender, submission of an application form (request to participate) containing the required information and supporting documents by the specified deadline is required in the first stage (competition for participation). The most suitable applicants selected at the end of the evaluation of the first stage will become participants in the second stage of the procedure (bidding procedure). In the second stage, they will then be invited to submit an initial tender. The initial tender will be negotiated further. After submission of the final tenders, which are no longer negotiable, the tenderers will be invited to an interview to present themselves in person before a jury. A written / digital presentation is neither desired nor required and will not be evaluated.
