BWI GmbH (hereinafter: "BWI") is considering awarding the following two framework agreements, each with up to five contractors, for nationwide Internet connections with different configurations for BWI's own operations and its customers in the Bundeswehr and federal authorities, in the amount of • Lot 1: estimated EUR 12,500,000.00 net (maximum limit: EUR 19,000,000.00 net) • Lot 2: estimated EUR 8,000,000.00 net (maximum limit: EUR 12,000,000.00 net), as part of a negotiated procedure with a call for competition pursuant to Section 11(1) VSVgV: • Lot 1 "sym. Internet connections": Procurement of symmetrical Internet connections from 2 Mbit/s–100 Gbit/s with configuration (A) for new connections as individual orders in mini-competitions and the contractual takeover of the existing connections from RV1089 (Lot 1), taking BWI's expenses into account when awarding contracts in the respective mini-competition. • Lot 2 "BWI Internet Breakouts": Procurement of Internet transit connections for the BWI Internet Breakouts from 1 Gbit/s–100 Gbit/s with configuration (B) for the contractual transfer of the existing connections from RV1089 (Lot 2) and the procurement of new BWI Internet Breakouts.
