Opportunity description

The aim of this procurement is to equip the meeting rooms as well as some offices and multifunction rooms at the four KVBW locations in Stuttgart, Reutlingen, Karlsruhe and Freiburg with modern and future-proof hardware in order to meet the increased requirements for (video) conferences. For this purpose, framework agreements are to be tendered in three lots with an initial term of 24 months, including two extension options of 12 months each. Lot 1: Cisco Room Bar Lot 2: Displays + interactive displays Lot 3: Accessories Framework agreement for the supply of conference hardware from the Cisco product family (due to compatibility requirements) as well as associated accessories for a term of 24 months, with the option to extend the contract twice by 12 months each time.
