Description of the works: The Kampnagel performance and event venue is to be modernized and expanded. Two building structures are currently already in place; the halls have up to two upper floors with a gross floor area of 15,673 m². These contain six event halls to be renovated as well as rehearsal stages and studios. K7 is planned as a new building above the halls with a gross floor area of 7,606 m² and includes additional rehearsal stages and studios to be equipped, as well as storage and workshop areas. No event technology measures will take place in the existing administration building or in the new residence building. The bill of quantities for upper stage machinery (OM) comprises the complete, ready-for-operation planning, delivery, installation, cabling, commissioning and documentation of the mechanical systems of the upper stage machinery for the hall and foyer areas of the North (B01n) and South (B01s) building sections. These include, in particular, scenery battens, variably deployable point hoists, mobile point-hoist systems, truss systems, roll-up projection screens, and the associated control, regulation, safety and monitoring equipment, including all required power, control and data cabling.
