The Kampnagel performance and event venue is to be modernized and expanded. Two building structures currently already exist; the halls have up to two upper floors, and the administration building has up to 5 upper floors. K7 is planned as a new building above the halls. Both buildings are to be connected by 2 passenger elevators and 2 freight elevators. The Residence, a detached elevated building with 6 upper floors, will be constructed next to the administration building. A passenger elevator will be constructed between the buildings to provide access to the Residence and the administration building. The modernization and expansion of Kampnagel will be carried out in several construction phases. Elevators PA1, PA2, LA1 and LA3 are part of the 1st construction phase. Completion and handover of the 1st construction phase to the user is planned for January 2029. Completion of the 2nd construction phase, which also includes elevator PA3, is planned for March 2030. The elevator bill of quantities comprises: - Passenger elevator PA1 with 6 stops; - Passenger elevator PA2 with 6 stops; - Passenger elevator PA3 with 10 stops; - Freight elevator LA1 with 5 stops; - Freight elevator LA3 with 5 stops. Main work: shop and installation planning, sample approval, manufacture, delivery, installation, acceptance, warranty and maintenance. Procedure: open.
