Metalwork III Lot 1 - Doors and windows Manufacture and installation of 5 T30/T30RS fire doors made of sheet steel Manufacture and installation of a multi-part door system consisting of 3 double-leaf glass-frame T30RS fire doors, as well as 2 glazed end elements Manufacture and installation of 11 access doors to shafts and 9 shaft hatches Inspection and maintenance of approx. 150 existing steel side-hung windows, including repair of approx. 20 units Lot 2 Metalwork Restoration and repair of approx. 35 m² of walkable grating floors as ceiling structures Manufacture of a walkable grating level in a ventilation shaft and shaft covers for 4 pits for lifting systems measuring 0.8 to 3.65 m² Adaptation of existing railings at 24 box parapets, 18 box entrances and 12 hoop railings in the opera auditorium, as well as the manufacture of 23 m of parapet and ramp railings Manufacture and installation of impact-protection grilles assembled from 4-5 individual elements in front of 19 vertically mounted radiators up to a height of 6.50 m above finished floor level Various metal construction and metalwork tasks such as the manufacture and installation of brackets, shower curtain rods, and fall protection in front of windows. Lot 3 Box parapet elements Installation of 133 prefabricated parapet elements made of transparent Plexiglas in the shortened and reworked parapet railings of the boxes in the opera auditorium.
