The following services are to be provided for the planned conversion: The following main services will be carried out: 250 m2 waterproofing of screed floor W1-I to W3-1 incl. floor/wall transition 780 m2 waterproofing of wall surfaces W0-I to W3-1 480 m2 installation of porcelain stoneware tiles on floors in various sizes (e.g. 30x30; 20x20; 15x60; 100x100 cm) and slip-resistance classes R9-R12V4 incl. grouting 830 m2 installation of porcelain stoneware tiles on walls in various sizes (e.g. 10x25; 30x60 cm) incl. grouting Procedure: open.
