The City of Seelze intends to subject the north wing of the Regenbogenschule to comprehensive modernization, renovation and structural optimization. This step represents the fourth construction phase of the overall project, following the construction of a cafeteria extension, the erection of an interim building for the temporary accommodation of the affected classes, and the renovation of the south wing.
