LB 024 Tiling and slab work, 2nd construction phase Lot No. LB 024 - Tiling and slab work The tiling and slab work comprises the laying of floor and wall tiles in newly created and existing sanitary and kitchen rooms and a proportion of tiled splashbacks. Substrates for the floor tiles are new cement screed on the floor slab on the 2nd basement level and new epoxy resin screed on timber beam or brick ceilings on the 1st basement level and ground floor. In addition, the walls will be tiled partly over large areas (in sanitary and kitchen rooms), and partly with tiled splashbacks (in classrooms and group rooms, kitchenettes, specialist rooms and staff rooms). Furthermore, smaller areas with terrazzo slab flooring in the existing building must be refurbished, newly laid or replaced. Tiled areas: Floor tiles on cement screed: A = 120 m² Floor tiles on epoxy resin screed: A = 110 m² Wall tiles (incl. tiled splashbacks) on masonry and drywall walls: A = 700 m² Procedure: open.
