Opportunity description

The tender exclusively covers the installation and processing of the tile coverings, including all necessary installation and waterproofing materials. The ceramic wall, floor, mosaic and skirting tiles will be supplied by the client and made available to the contractor for processing. The contractor must transport the supplied tiles within the building to the respective installation locations, install them professionally and dispose of all packaging materials. As part of this service, all waterproofing, installation and connection work for ceramic wall and floor coverings in the fire station building must be carried out. The work includes the installation of bonded waterproofing in accordance with DIN 18534 in shower, sanitary, wash bay and wet areas; the installation of wall and floor tiles, including mosaic coverings, coved skirtings and skirting tiles; and the formation of all required connection, movement and silicone joints. In addition, substrate preparation, filling and levelling work, scaffolding, cut-outs for installations, waterproofing at floor drains and drainage channels, and various natural stone and building board work must be carried out. In total, approximately 195 m² of wall tiles, 694 m² of floor tiles, 25 m² of mosaic coverings in shower areas, as well as extensive skirting, coved skirting, natural stone window sill and waterproofing work will be carried out. The services include all adhesives, grouts and sealants as well as all ancillary work required for the complete and ready-for-use construction of the tiled surfaces. Procedure: open.
