VE22 Tiling work Construction description for VE22_Trade Tiling work General description The Ostheide Joint Municipality is constructing a new school building in timber construction at Barendorf Primary School in place of an existing building. Furthermore, conversion and renovation measures are being carried out in other parts of the building. The new building will contain classrooms, toilets and an elevator and has a floor area of approximately 672 m2. The new building, building section D, has two stories and will be connected to the existing building. The overall dimensions of the new building are 48 m in length and 14 m in width. Construction in timber. Load-bearing walls and ceilings are made of wood, with some areas in solid construction due to fire protection requirements. Green roof with PV. No basement. An additional escape route from the 1st upper floor will be constructed in steel. Existing building, largely of solid construction, partly drywall construction. Tiling work for the school kitchen and toilets.
