VE22 Tiling Work Construction description for VE22_Trade Tiling Work General description The Ostheide Joint Municipality is constructing a new timber school building at Barendorf Primary School in place of an existing building. Furthermore, conversion and renovation measures are being carried out in other parts of the building. The new building will contain classrooms, toilets and an elevator and has a floor area of approx. 672 m2. The new building, Building Section D, is two stories high and will be connected to the existing building. The overall dimensions of the new building are 48 m long and 14 m wide. Timber construction. Load-bearing walls and ceilings are made of wood, with some areas constructed using solid construction due to fire protection requirements. Green roof with PV. No basement. An additional escape route from the 1st floor will be constructed in steel. Existing building, predominantly solid construction, partly drywall construction. Tiling work for the school kitchen and WCs.
