Design and delivery of the interdisciplinary seminar program (Q seminars) at BLB NRW The required service relates to all employees of BLB NRW. The basis for the seminar program is the competency model (see attachment to the service description), which is based on the three competency areas Together, Success and Potential. Competency factors (a-d) are assigned to the three competency areas. For each competency area, 8 to 12 seminars are to be offered that contribute to the competency factors (a-d). It is anticipated that 3 dates per year will be offered for each seminar, totaling approximately 110 seminars per year, although demand may fluctuate somewhat depending on the topic. A balanced program of 1- and 2-day seminars is to be provided, covering both fundamentals and advanced topics. 1. Competency area TOGETHER 2. Competency area SUCCESS 3.
