Opportunity description
Construction (design, manufacture and delivery) of 2 motor vehicle trailers for video surveillance. The trailers are to be manufactured including preparation for a video management system supplied by the contracting authority from KMT Köhnlein Messtechnik GmbH, 71701 Schwieberdingen, and equipped with autonomous and land-based power supplies. They are intended for nomadic use at crime hotspots throughout Baden-Württemberg. The delivery comprises two ready-to-operate motor vehicle trailers eligible for registration in accordance with the German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO) and Vehicle Registration Ordinance (FZV), each housing a telescopic mast with video cameras, 5G connectivity and power supply. Furthermore, documentation of all installations with circuit diagrams as well as a bound operating manual (print) for all functions, including warnings for use in police and third-party workshops, must be supplied for each trailer. Block diagrams are sufficient for this purpose. The documentation and operating manual may contain documents already held by the contractor for components from suppliers. Installation of the third-party hardware, integration of the cameras together with KMT and testing of the overall system by the contractor form part of this invitation to tender. The trailer is secured by an intrusion alarm system (EMA) installed in the trailer. The specialist company must be able to offer a servicing and maintenance contract in accordance with DIN VDE 0833-3. Accordingly, all components of the intrusion alarm system must be serviced 4 times a year. If applicable, a corresponding contract will be concluded with the contractor for this invitation to tender following overall acceptance of the video surveillance trailers. Documentation: The end product, i.e. all components working together, must be tested by the contractor for at least 1 week without interruption in various operating states, and full functionality must be documented. This includes the various types of power supply and all possible types of alarm triggering. The documentation (for each trailer) will be provided upon delivery as a PDF and in a print version (bound); Further information on the scope of services can be found in Annex 3 – Description of services and Annex 3.1 – Block diagram. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 0.01 EUR. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
