As a supplement to a new vehicle concept, the Euskirchen Fire Department intends to procure a new hazardous materials equipment vehicle. In interaction with the existing vehicles, it is intended to combine and supplement their characteristics and capabilities in such a way that current and future technical and operational tactical requirements in the area of technical assistance and hazardous materials response are taken into account. The hazardous materials equipment vehicle must comply with the latest state of the art and the following rules, regulations and standards, or deviations may only be made in individual cases after consultation with the contracting authority: - DIN EN 1846 in all parts - DIN 14035: 2022-11 roof identification signs for fire service vehicles - DIN 14555-21: 2013-05 - equipment vehicle logistics Gw-L1 - DIN SPEC 14502-1: 2016-12 - DIN 14502-2: 2022-10 - DIN 14502-3: 2022-03 (with described deviations) - DIN EN 61082-1 (VDE 0040-1) - current EMC directives, otherwise EMVG in its current version - German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations StVZO - regulations governing electrical installations, VDE/DIN standards - accident prevention regulation DGUV Regulation 49 (Fire Service) - accident prevention regulation GDVU Regulation 71 (Vehicles) - all other applicable generally accepted rules of technology The current version of the regulations applicable at the time the procedure is published shall apply.
