Opportunity description

Relocation of office furniture, files and 196 IT/telecommunications workstations from the Holzstraße 36 site to the new building at Lucy-Hillebrand-Straße 2 (2nd construction phase); transport of a total of approx. 4,231 items with a moving volume of approx. 1,912 m³; proper disposal of all appropriately marked items. The subject of the invitation to tender is the standard relocation of office furniture and files as part of the relocation of Hochschule Mainz from the Holzstraße 36 site to the new building at Lucy-Hillebrand-Straße 2 (2nd construction phase). A total of approx. 4,231 items with a moving volume of approx. 1,912 m³ (of which approx. 1,771 m³ is furniture and approx. 141 m³ is cardboard boxes) are to be transported. In addition, a total of 196 IT/telecommunications workstations are to be relocated. The contractor shall undertake the removal and proper disposal of all items marked "2 = Disposal" in the quantity schedule. Disposal must be carried out in accordance with the relevant waste legislation. All disposal, transport, recycling and landfill costs are covered by the tender prices.
