Germany – Transport services (excl. waste transport) – Transport of archival materials and dismantling of a shelving system in the Secret State Archives

Opportunity description

Service contract: Lot 1 = Framework agreement for the transport of archival materials for two locations of the Secret State Archives of the Prussian Cultural Heritage Foundation, and Lot 2 = Contract for work for the dismantling of shelving systems. The contractors for both lots must coordinate cooperatively with each other. On the occasion of a building renovation, the transport of archival materials from 2 locations is required. Transport of archival materials between 2 locations within Berlin: - 85,450 archive boxes containing files (standard formats: folio, double folio) - 1,024 archive boxes containing documents (7 format sizes) - 219 DIN A0 drawing cabinets with a total of 2,005 DIN A0 drawers containing maps, plans and graphics packed in folders - 38 troughs containing maps, plans and graphics packed in folders - 400 linear metres of unpackaged books. The contractors for Lot 1 and Lot 2 must work cooperatively with each other. Lot 2: Dismantling, partial reassembly, modification and cleaning of shelving systems (steel) in the basement / dismantling of shelving systems (steel) + installation and storage in 2 additional rooms / relocation of 13,000 shelves.
