The Landshut district, in its capacity as the responsible public transport authority and competent authority pursuant to Art. 8(1) and (2) BayÖPNVG in conjunction with Section 8a PBefG and Art. 2 lit. c) Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007, intends to award a public service contract (öDA) for public passenger transport services using motor vehicles pursuant to Section 2(1) PBefG for a regular service on regional bus route 545 from Velden via Bodenkirchen and Bonbruck to Vilsbiburg in the southern area of the Landshut district for the period from 15.09.2026 to 14.09.2031. The regional bus route is designated 545, with a route running from Velden via Bodenkirchen and Bonbruck to Vilsbiburg. The subject of the intended public service contract (öDA) is to ensure adequate transport services on route 545, which runs in the southern Landshut district.
