With this invitation to tender, the City of Munich intends to award a service concession to a contractual partner for the professional implementation, further development and marketing for the technical, commercial and operational management of the Munich Guest Card. The subject matter of the concession is the design, financing, implementation, operation, marketing and continuous further development of an official Munich Guest Card as a tourism product to promote Munich as a tourist destination. The concession comprises full economic, technical and organizational responsibility for the guest card offering. The concessionaire bears the substantial operating and demand risk. The guest cards are implemented and operated by the tenderer at its own risk and expense. Participation by the City of Munich in any losses is excluded.
