They are distributed across Lots 1-7 and must be carried out twice per year, once when in leaf and once when not in leaf. -- The tree inspection services may include the following additional services: -Creation of a new tree register, initial recording -Revision of the tree register -Attachment of tree tags / renumbering -Preparation and delivery of an overview map for each economic unit and updating thereof -as required, application for permits from the respective competent authority -Attendance at discussion/coordination meetings -Creation of a new tree register, initial recording in one lot as required -Attachment of tree tags / renumbering in one lot as required) -- -The tree inspection services must be carried out in accordance with the tree inspection guidelines of the FLL (Forschungsgesellschaft Landschaftsentwicklung Landschaftsbau e.V.). Inspections must be carried out by persons who possess sufficient specialist knowledge; see selection criteria, Section 5.1.9 - Quality assurance. --- Based on an estimated 10% of the inspected trees requiring care measures following an inspection round, approximately 516 care measures, distributed across Lots 8-14, are to be carried out within one year. For this purpose, the contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement with up to three contractors in each lot. -- Within the scope of tree care, the following services may be required on trees of different heights and different crown and trunk-base diameters, as well as associated services: -Young-tree care (formative or structural pruning) -Crown care -Deadwood removal -Felling -Reduction (individual branches, parts of the crown, crown) -Follow-up treatment of damaged trees with secondary leader formation -Removal of epicormic shoots and stump shoots -Clearance-profile pruning -Stump grinding -Topiary pruning -Removal of foreign growth -Additional services (e.g. participation in meetings) -Site facilities -- -Machinery/work equipment used must have been tested at least with GS testing, KWF Standard or equivalent. -Only readily biodegradable hydraulic fluids of water hazard class 1 and only readily biodegradable lubricants bearing the “Blauer Engel” label may be used. -In addition to mechanical work, motor-manual work must be provided for in order to avoid damage to the remaining trees, shrubs or protected biotopes. -Wood that cannot be used economically (e.g. wood, brushwood, grindings, scrub and mowing material) must be disposed of by the contractor unless the contracting authority specifies otherwise. -Where required, the contractor must provide site facilities (cordoning off in accordance with the standard traffic-control plan, installation of a mobile traffic-light system, establishment of a full road closure, erection of no-parking signs, etc.). --- Further details can be found in the service descriptions. -- All items are based on experience and are rough estimates for calculation purposes.
