The results of the sewer inspections show that the existing lines are in poor condition in places and are also completely damaged in the area of the current construction work. The invitation to tender comprises the early rehabilitation of the deep-lying lines, including the manholes, from the southern facade front to beneath the new stepped structure to be constructed. Since the stepped structure is to be constructed during the upcoming summer holidays, when school activity is reduced, the early sewer work must be carried out from the beginning of July 2026. The scope of the invitation to tender includes excavation work, removal work on the existing lines, installation of new inspection and collection manholes, laying including connection work, and backfilling.
