The subject of the present invitation to tender is the construction of the pipeline route for the technical connection of the swimming pool. The new district heating route to be constructed will be connected to the existing district heating route in Eddelaker Straße. A DN 100 pipe with the highest insulation thickness is predominantly planned as the medium pipe. The swimming pool already has a DN 100 district heating connection, which will be replaced by the newly planned route as part of the measure. The district heating main pipeline will be laid underground using open-cut construction. A factory-preinsulated steel pipe with a plastic jacket (KMR) will be used as the piping system. The BRANDES system is to be used as the leak detection system. The pipeline will be installed in accordance with the generally accepted rules of technology and taking into account the applicable standards and regulations (e.g. AGFW regulations). The civil engineering works comprise conventional excavation to create the pipe trench, backfilling with suitable material, and restoration of the surfaces in the area of roads, sidewalks, and private driveways.
