BA 1.2 Utility infrastructure development and soil remediation Lots 1 and 2 Lot 1 – Development measure Building 5 • Topsoil removal: approx. 320 m³ with an average removal depth of 15 cm • Surface demolition: approx. 1,070 m² of asphalt, concrete, gravel and paved surfaces as well as approx. 170 m of curbstones. • Demolition of crane runway/pile foundations: approx. 345 m³ of reinforced concrete demolition, plus approx. 500 m³ of soil exposure. • Soil remediation: approx. 3,790 m³ of contaminated soil excavation in the area of Building 5. • Construction of traffic facilities: approx. 1,900 m², including approx. 1,300 m² of asphalt, 200 m² of paving, approx. 450 m of curbstones and 175 m of paved gutter. • Construction of stormwater pipeline: approx. 149 m of PP pipe + 70 m of concrete pipe DN 600, plus 10 street drains. • Relocation of drinking water pipeline: relocate approx. 48 m of PE pipeline. • Earthworks for cable/utility routes: lighting cable approx. 315 m, broadband conduits approx. 120 m, power route approx. 100 m. • Earthworks for local heating/cooling water: approx. 82 m of local heating route and approx. 92 m of cooling water route; additionally dismantle approx. 25 m of existing local heating duct. • Groundwater lowering: Temporary groundwater lowering, including dewatering, must be provided and operated for the performance of the civil engineering and pipeline works. • Soil disposal: approx. 12,400 t in total. Lot 2 – Replacement construction of Building 5 • Topsoil removal: approx. 270 m² with an average removal depth of 15 cm • Surface demolition: approx. 1,850 m² of asphalt, concrete and gravel surfaces as well as approx. 110 m of curbstones, 3 street drains and 1 steel water chamber. • Construction of traffic facilities/construction road: approx. 1,300 m² of construction road. • Construction of wastewater pipeline: approx. 120 m of PP pipe. • Subgrade drainage: approx. 150 m of DN 100 drainage pipe + 4 pump shafts. • Construction of stormwater pipeline: approx. 155 m of PP pipe. • Construction of drinking water pipeline: approx. 115 m of PE pipeline; additionally dismantle approx. 80 m of existing steel pipeline. • Earthworks for cable/utility routes: conduits for utilities for the test area approx. 400 m, lighting cable approx. 155 m, broadband conduits approx. 225 m, power route approx. 145 m. • Interim measure for oil storage support: Construction of an approx. 36 m² area with concrete track slabs on a gravel base course.
