Underground construction work. The Mannheim and Heidelberg Office of the State Property and Construction Administration of Baden-Württemberg intends to renovate the building complex of the Institute of Law at Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage 6-10 in Heidelberg. One old building is to be completely demolished down to a handover level, and four additional buildings are to be fully or partially renovated. From the handover level, as part of the underground construction work, the buildings adjacent to the excavation pit for the new building will be underpinned, and the slope on the south side will be secured with an anchored shotcrete wall; the excavation pit will be excavated to a handover depth, including the remaining demolition of the existing building. The underground construction sub-trade comprises the following main works and includes general coordination with the contracting authority or its authorized representatives and the subsequent trades: - 200 m² slope stabilization using a shotcrete wall, d=50cm, with 18 temporary anchors, 1200 kN, length approx. 35m -150 m² soil nailing using a shotcrete wall, d=25cm, with 35 temporary soil nails, lengths up to 10 m - 3,000 m³ soil excavation in the slope area and excavation pit and within the existing structure - 250 m³ demolition of the basement floor and foundations of the existing structure and gutting - 12 permanent anchors, single-rod anchor system with subsequent coupling installation, load approx. 1200 kN, length approx. 35m - 800 m³ jet-grouting bodies for underpinning existing buildings to a depth of approx. 8m, 12 temporary anchors with extended service life, load approx. 500 kN, length up to 20 m - 30 m³ reinforced-concrete bracing, conversion and stabilization work in the old existing structure, 6 temporary anchors with extended service life, load approx. 500 kN, length up to 20 m. The work is to be carried out in an inner-city location with severely restricted space and limited access to the construction site. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 2,743,434.76 EUR.
