No public contract is being awarded; rather, the sale of a property in a concept award procedure is being announced. The choice of form is due purely to technical reasons. The district town of Steinfurt intends to sell parcels 43 and 141 at the entrance to the Burgsteinfurt district (a total of approx. 18,947 sq m), with the aim of implementing a commercial project. The property is currently undeveloped. Thanks to its convenient transport location and proximity to the Münster University of Applied Sciences technology campus, the property offers ideal conditions for innovative, growth-oriented business establishments. The district town of Steinfurt intends to sell the site to an investor at the earliest possible date. In this context, discussions are to be held with interested parties.
