Opportunity description
The project “Creating vibrant town centers and new infrastructure services in the Hunsrück-Nahe region!” was selected as one of twelve projects under the Regional Development funding program (RegioStrat) launched by the BMWSB. The objective of this funding is for functional subregions to develop strategic regional development concepts (SREK) and to implement priority development measures derived from them. In many places, contemporary adaptation to the requirements of climate change and the creation of greater quality of stay appear urgently necessary. Gaps in infrastructure services and insufficiently developed local public transport diminish their attractiveness as places to live and pose major challenges particularly for older residents, but also for young people without their own car. An upstream regional analysis (service phase 1) is intended to record the “current state” of the municipalities and lead to the following findings: What does the town center or city center already offer today? Where is vacancy particularly evident? What service deficits exist? Which municipalities are suitable as model municipalities? Procedure: open. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
