Opportunity description

Procurement of cloud-based fleet management software (SaaS) for the Thüga Group for the centralized management of up to 9,000 vehicles, including contract, appointment, damage and cost management, fuel card/charging management, vehicle dispatching, system interfaces and mobile app use. The procurement is carried out by Thüga AG as the central purchasing body pursuant to Section 4a SektVO for around 100 affiliated companies. The subject of the invitation to tender is the procurement of cloud-based fleet management software (SaaS) for the centralized administration, control and optimization of the Thüga Group's fleets for up to 9,000 vehicles. The software is to cover the following core functions/modules: 1. Vehicle management 2. Maintenance & service management 3. Driver & driving licence management 4. Pool vehicle management 5. Fuel & energy cost management 6. GPS tracking & telematics (optional/can be disabled) 7. Cost & contract management 8. Reporting & analysis 9. Damage & accident management 10. Workshop & warehouse integration (internal workshop planning) 11. Digital logbook 12. Interfaces & integration 13. App In addition to the software, the scope of services includes implementation and migration of existing data, training of users, and ongoing support and maintenance throughout the entire contract term. Thüga Aktiengesellschaft procures as the central purchasing body pursuant to Section 4a SektVO in the name and for the account of the participating affiliated companies (currently around 100 companies in the Thüga Group). Based on the contractual terms negotiated in the procedure, the individual affiliated companies conclude individual framework agreements on the basis of the EVB-IT Cloud contracts.
