Germany – Vehicle hoists – Underfloor lifting system and car body supports for DB Regio AG's Plochingen facility

Opportunity description

The subject of this invitation to tender is the procurement of a new underfloor lifting system (UFHA) and manually positionable car body supports (WKA) for DB Regio AG's Plochingen workshop. This includes the manufacture, delivery, assembly, commissioning, training, trial operation and final acceptance of the UFHA and WKAs. The new UFHA must be integrated into track 656 and the existing infrastructure of the new KAH. The UFHA is to be installed by the contractor in the newly constructed pits provided by the client. Fundamental structural modifications to the pits should, if possible, not be carried out or should be avoided. Minor modifications are possible as part of the coordination of the detailed design and are to be clarified during the course of the project. The pits are to be fitted with slip-resistant steel plate covers; these must be adapted to the pit design, must securely close them and are included in the scope of delivery. Car body supports will be used on the pit covers, which must therefore have sufficient load-bearing capacity.
