New construction of a Fire Service Center in Neustadt-Glewe - Lot 402 - Ventilation From March 2026, the shells of building sections 1 to 4 will be constructed one after another. The interior construction of these buildings will then be carried out successively. Construction work for the present service is scheduled to start in October 2026. The scope of the present lot is the installation of the ventilation, partial air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems for all building sections. Ventilation system consisting of: - 8 units AHU 8,000-40,000 m3/h - 4460 m2 sheet-steel ducts and fittings; incl. inspection openings, etc. - 310 m2 stainless-steel ducts and fittings; incl. inspection openings, etc. - 81 units duct silencers - 3920 m2 thermal insulation - 178 units variable & constant volume flow controllers - 670m sheet-steel pipe system up to DN 315 mm incl. fittings - 169 units ventilation grilles - Etc. Partial air-conditioning system consisting of: - 2 units AHU 9,000-19,000 m3/h - compact HKVS station - 1360 m2 sheet-steel ducts and fittings; incl. inspection openings, etc. - 1200 m2 thermal insulation - 453 m sheet-steel pipe system up to DN 315 mm incl. fittings - 38 units fire dampers - 40 units variable & constant volume flow controllers - 12 units decentralized ventilation units, vertical design - Etc. Refrigeration system consisting of: - 2 units multi-split outdoor unit 15.5 kW - 7 units split wall unit 2.6-8 kW - 600m insulated refrigerant line - 400m steel pipe DN25-100 incl. all elbows, T-pieces, clamps, etc. - Service incl. refrigerant filling, equipotential bonding conductor, grounding-band pipe clamp, identification plate, instruction, hydraulic balancing, etc. The construction schedule will be regularly adjusted to reflect construction progress.
