Ventilation work Construction of a ventilation system for the new Emmy-Noether-Schule building in Offenbach. Consisting of: - 7 ventilation units - 3 exhaust air fans - 1 plastic roof fan for specialist classroom exhaust air - 1 duct fan for underground garage exhaust air incl. garage ventilation control - 1 heat pump with 3 wall-mounted air-conditioning units and 1 ceiling-mounted air-conditioning unit incl. piping - approx. 100 m² kitchen ceiling (active and passive panels) incl. lighting - approx. 580 units of swirl diffusers, disc valves, air outlets - approx. 550 volume flow controllers (constant and variable) - approx. 220 fire dampers with motor drives - approx. 10,000 m² of ducts and fittings - approx. 3,200 m of pipes and fittings - approx. 400 m² of thermal insulation (partly with sheet-metal cladding) - approx. 500 m² of cold insulation (partly with sheet-metal cladding) - 6 outdoor-air and exhaust-air towers (V= approx. 35,000 m³/h) Supervisory personnel: For the entire execution period, at least 3 qualified, German-speaking supervisors (master tradespeople / senior installers) must be deployed as permanent contacts for site management. A change of personnel is permissible only for good cause and upon designation of a replacement person with equivalent qualifications. Parallel installation: The contractor undertakes to organize the work in terms of personnel and logistics so that simultaneous, full-scale deployment in at least 3 separate installation areas in the building is guaranteed at all times.
