Lot 11 Ventilation systems The services put out to tender comprise the ventilation systems for the GVM Primary School construction project, Ploggenseering 64-68, 23936 Grevesmühlen (approx. 3563 m² gross floor area), building footprint approx. 60 m x 18 m, three storeys with a recessed top storey. A central ventilation system is planned for the larger sanitary areas (8 units). The smaller sanitary rooms (6 units) and the utility connection rooms will be ventilated via a separate exhaust-air system. The battery room will have its own exhaust-air system, separate from the aforementioned systems, including a multi-split air-conditioning system on the roof. Procedure: open.
