Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Charitéplatz 1, 10117 Berlin, intends to construct a pioneering new building for the German Heart Center of the Charité (DHZC) at Augustenburger Platz 1, 13353 Berlin, in the southwestern area of the Campus Virchow-Klinikum (CVK). The Central Sterile Supply Department (ZSVA) and the Central Emergency Department (ZNA) will be housed in the planned new building. A helipad will be constructed on the roof of the building. The tendered construction work comprises the ventilation systems for the tower (levels E6 to E17) for the newly constructed DHZC building, with the following main features: - Ventilation systems - Partial air-conditioning systems - Air-conditioning systems - Fire dampers - Variable volume flow controllers - Constant volume flow controllers - Air outlets - Straight ventilation ducts + fittings - Spiral ducts DN100 to DN250 - Stainless steel ducts - Outdoor air chamber system incl. doors.
