Ventilation and air-conditioning systems (DIN 18 379); Cost group 430 - Ventilation systems / ventilation installation work: 2 central ventilation units with heat recovery (V: 4,800 & 6,800 m³/h) Air duct network comprising approx. 900 m² of sheet-metal ducts Approx. 400 m of spiral ducts up to DN 315 Built-in components: tubular and splitter silencers (approx. 30 units), control components such as volume flow controllers and throttle valves (approx. 45 units), as well as air outlets such as disc valves, air grilles and swirl diffusers (approx. 170 units) Approx. 35 fire dampers, including professional mortaring Approx. 30 m of refrigeration lines outdoors (composite-jacket pipe, steel/plastic, inner pipe made of welded steel pipe), as well as approx. 120 m within the building (stainless steel), in each case including fittings, fastenings and insulation Thermal insulation work on ventilation and refrigeration systems using mineral wool and flexible elastomeric foam.
