Framework agreement for the supply of conference, presentation and media technology, including the provision of related lot-specific services, for the purpose of conducting video conferences as part of hybrid committee meetings held by authorized municipal purchasers in Schleswig-Holstein Northern region: Nordfriesland District, Schleswig-Flensburg District, City of Flensburg Central region: Dithmarschen District, Plön District, Rendsburg-Eckernförde District, Steinburg District, City of Kiel, City of Neumünster Southern region: Ostholstein District, Segeberg District, Pinneberg District, Stormarn District, Duchy of Lauenburg District, City of Lübeck The subject matter of this lot is the supply, installation, commissioning and documentation of permanently installed projection screens for rooms used for municipal meetings (meeting rooms, council chambers or similar) and service. The services include in particular: • On-site measurement • Supply of the screens, including all mounting materials • Dismantling and disposal of old screens (in individual cases) • Assembly and ready-for-operation installation • Electrical connection for motor control • Functional testing • Instruction of the contracting authority (for retractable screens) • Handover of the documentation • Disposal of packaging material Installation is generally carried out in existing buildings during ongoing operations. In individual cases, installation is carried out as part of the redesign of a council chamber or meeting room. The subject matter of this lot is the supply of mobile projection screens, including carrying bags, for flexible use in municipal council, meeting and event rooms. The screens will be used at changing locations within municipal properties and must be capable of being transported, set up and operated by one person. The solution must be designed as a compact all-in-one unit and include all components for image, audio and speech transmission. The subject matter of this lot comprises all services for the ready-for-operation handover of a permanently installed projection system consisting of ceiling projector(s), ceiling mount(s), signal transmission, control technology, cabling and all accessories required for operation, including planning, installation, cabling, configuration, instruction and documentation, as well as service. The system is intended for displaying presentations, meeting documents, video conferences, livestreams and other media content in council, committee, meeting and conference rooms. The subject matter of this lot is the supply, setup, commissioning and ready-for-operation handover of mobile projection systems (projectors), including transport accessories, connection cables and all components required for operation, as well as service. The devices are intended for flexible use in council, committee, meeting, training and event rooms to display presentations, meeting documents, video conferences and multimedia content. The projectors must be usable at different locations within the administration without fixed installation. The subject matter of this lot is the supply, installation, commissioning and ready-for-operation handover of interactive all-in-one collaboration boards with integrated touch display, whiteboard function, video-conferencing technology, speaker system, microphone array and screen sharing, as well as service. The systems are intended for conducting in-person, hybrid and video conferences and for collaboratively editing documents, presentations and meeting documents. The contractor shall undertake supply, installation, configuration, commissioning, documentation, training and support. The subject matter of this lot is the supply, installation, commissioning and calibration of a permanently installed sound reinforcement system for speech transmission in committee, council and meeting rooms, as well as service. The system is intended to support in-person, hybrid and video conferences and is designed for continuous operation in municipal meeting rooms. The contractor shall undertake all services required for ready-for-operation handover, including an on-site appointment to assess the existing conditions, specialist planning, cabling, installation, configuration, documentation, instruction and service. The subject matter of this lot is the supply of mobile conference speakers (speakerphones/soundbar) for use in council, meeting and committee rooms, as well as service. The devices are intended for conducting in-person, hybrid and video conferences with multiple participants and must be compatible with common conferencing platforms. The subject matter of this lot is the supply, setup, commissioning and ready-for-operation handover of a wireless digital conference microphone system for council, committee, advisory council and other committee meetings. The system consists of member and chairperson microphone units, including gooseneck microphones, integrated speakers, battery systems, charging infrastructure, control unit, accessories and all components required for operation. The system must be suitable for in-person meetings, hybrid meetings, livestreams, recordings and connection to video-conferencing systems. The contractor shall undertake all services required for ready-for-operation handover, including supply, setup, configuration, frequency planning, calibration, documentation and instruction, as well as service. The subject matter of this lot is the supply, installation, setup, commissioning and ready-for-operation handover of professional PTZ room cameras (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) for use in meeting rooms, conference rooms, committee rooms and council chambers. The cameras are intended for high-quality video capture of meetings, discussions, video conferences, livestreams and hybrid events. The contractor shall undertake all services, including planning, on-site measurement, supply, installation, cabling, configuration, commissioning, documentation and instruction, as well as service. The subject matter of this lot is the supply, setup and ready-for-operation handover of mobile intelligent conference camera systems for council, committee, meeting, training and conference rooms, as well as service. The systems must enable comprehensive audio and video capture of in-person participants and be suitable for hybrid meetings and video conferences. The systems consist at least of: • Camera system • Microphone array • Speaker system • Power supply • Connection cables • Transport accessories (carrying bag or transport case) • Required software The subject matter of this lot is the supply, installation, setup, commissioning and ready-for-operation handover of front-facing video-conferencing camera systems (video bars) for meeting, conference, committee, training and council rooms, as well as service. The systems must integrate a camera, microphone array and speaker system in a single device and be suitable for hybrid meetings, video conferences, digital collaboration and presentations. The systems are intended in particular for installation on or beneath interactive displays, smartboards or large screens. The contractor shall undertake supply, documentation and support. The subject matter of this lot is the supply, setup and ready-for-operation handover of accessory components for media, presentation and conference technology, as well as service. The components are intended for signal transmission, connecting mobile end devices, expanding presentation systems and managing multiple signal sources within meeting, training, conference and committee rooms.
